Terms and Conditions
1. General Info:
The terms of use described here, refer to the selling of goods by the company Svoronou S. Maria, they are an integrant part of this contract, they are binding and cover fully the relations between the seller and the buyer. Buying from the company, either at the physical shop or the online shop, is a full proof of the acceptance and compliance of the terms described here.
2.Shipping
Shipping of goods in Greece: Orders are processed as quick as possible and the delivery of the goods takes approximately 1-3 working days. The buyer pays the cost of the shipment.
Shipping of goods in the EU: Orders are processed as quickly as possible but the delivery of the goods varies, depending on the country of delivery. The buyer pays the cost of the shipment.
Method of shipping in Greece: The goods are shipped with a collaborating courier company unless there is a different agreement between the buyer and the seller. Customers are liable for any damage or loss of part or whole of the goods if a different courier company is used, or if they use an additional transport method after delivery from our courier company.
Method of shipping in the EU: The goods are shipped by Hellenic Post (ELTA) Recorded Delivery, or International Courier company and the customer receives a tracking code.
3.Payment methods
All orders are paid prior to shipment.
Paypal: Having a paypal account is optional. Payment can be done as a guest.
Cash on delivery: only available for shipping in Greece.

The buyer pays any charges related to the bank transfer. Please send us the bank transfer receipt at info@pssvoronos.gr.
4. Returns
a) returns are accepted for a period of three (3) months starting on the date of the receipt. The goods must be in their original packaging; all labels must be in place. We will not accept goods that have been opened or used. We do not take responsibility and we don’t accept returns for products that have not been imported and sold by our company. The customer pays the return cost, unless there is a different agreement between the buyer and the seller.
b) Always follow the requirements and the technical specifications given by the manufacturer. If a product is claimed to be faulty, the customer must provide all evidence that all requirements of use and storage have been followed. If the product is proven faulty, our company is obliged to replace the damaged product and other than that has no other obligation. Our company is under no obligation to accept any returns if the instructions and requirements by the manufacturer have not been fully complied.
5.Modification of the terms
Our company retains the right to alter, enrich or expand the terms of use (temporarily or permanently) for the greater benefit of the company and in the best
interest of its good operation.
6.Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising from the contract, the courts of Athens will be competent and Greek law will be defined as applicable.
